My very late night project

Hello everyone wanted to share one of my very late night projects that I've finally completed.  My Luminous wildflowers.  It took a keen eye and a lot of patients punching holes but it's finally done.  At night you put one of those electric flickering candles in and it really looks awesome.  Let me know what you think.

    1. Hi Brenda and thank you so very much you are so sweet. Still learning about what to post so bare with me. Yes it is vellum paper, I used a medal stencil and a sharp tip, small rounded tip and a larger tip to punch through or just put pressure to turn it white. Then I used a rub on wildflower and strung the ribbon through the cut outs when I finally finished cutting them all.

    1. I make it. Took for little wooden post and made holes big enough for small dowel rods. Cut the dowel rods down to fit. Made the post tops out of a small square and a post head. Painted everything white. Used wood glue to assemble oh and what you can't see is inside there is a floor that I glued in place to hold the flame-less candle.

  3. Hi Bobbie, I'm so happy I finally stumbled around & found your blog. I'll add you for a shoutout at my blog, and see if I can follow you as well. Your luminara is lovely..the paper is so delicate & pretty & love the lace trimmed edge. This must have taken loads of patience and you did an outstanding job with it too. TFS & Thanks for becoming a new follower at my blog too! Looking forward to getting to know you. Hugs
